TANGIBLE | INTANGIBLE
Digital exhibition curated for the Religion, Art, and Technology Lab
TANGIBLE/INTANGIBLE is a cross-disciplinary exploration of how those things considered ephemeral, transient, or action-based become embodied or manifest in physical ways. Curated by Rebekah Coffman, this project seeks a wide range of discussions that explore the juxtapositions and intersections of where the tangible and intangible meet. Be they space, place, 2D, 3D, auditory, or visual-based representations, we seek to probe the boundaries of binary thinking and find nuances within everyday actions and experiences. We discuss themes of identity, representation, spirituality, artistic practice, and more within the context of art, architecture, and heritage preservation.
